Our Ofada Pepper Mix is a carefully prepared dried pepper blend made from selected peppers and traditional seasonings, specially crafted for preparing authentic Nigerian Ofada sauce. This aromatic mix delivers bold heat and deep, rich flavor that captures the essence of traditional Nigerian cooking. Typically cooked with iru (locust beans) and our Ofada oil, it creates the classic pepper sauce traditionally served with Ofada rice.
